Aurora R9, support page issue
Hello,
The Alienware Aurora R9 appears to no longer show up as a supported item in the product search on the dell website. All the other R numbered versions do, but not the R9. Also my service tag when I enter it cannot be found.

They seem to be making progress, R9 is listed again...I had to type in my tag number manually, but it worked, so give them a little while and it should be back to normal.

It appears this issue has been resolved. It appears they were doing some maintenance.
