Laptops graphic cards are not upgradable. Technically speaking there are external RTX 4090 enclosures for laptops, but the cost is very high and they require very specific connections like Thunderbolt.

There won't be any aftermarket parts, since you'll need to replace the mainboard to make this upgrade. There are a few of these M18R1 boards on EBay at the moment, if you have the funds available (they start at $2,300-2,500).

There is an option for laptops: Gaming box external 4090 GPU
Good luck finding one though, not to mention it's not exactly portable.
I would honestly purchase a desktop over that as an upgrade...
