Thermal Controller Error Message

So first off my computer has been doing some weird things like Discord not being able to load. Games not being able to open up but recently I when I turned my computer on it just gave me a gray screen so I turned it off then on and I was greeted with this message. I have no idea what it means and help is appreciated.
