17 R3, replacement screen?

Question

I have an Alienware 17 R3 with a cracked screen that I am having trouble finding the parts for. The purchased one year warranty expired on November 16, 2017. I took it to Best Buy and they could not repair it, where can I find parts for this, or can I upgrade the screen, and what parts are needed for this? Any help here is very much appreciated as this has been a 6 month project.
