17 R5, AlienFX, lights problem solved! Thread lost

I posted a solution for the "Big" problem of the Alienware FX lights disaster, which was never solved by DELL Support. That was yesterday, and guess what, I can't find my own solution! So all these faulty Alienware Notebooks stay faulty, looks now forever except of mine

How bad has a support organisation to be to do it that wrong? I'm not getting payed by DELL, but I as a customer do their job

I found my post by searching for the exact title, but I do not have the right to read it! LOL

PS: By the way, the solution for the AlienFX lights is to disable the Nahimic Service.
