m16 R?, power adapter not working

I purchased a m16 with a rtx 4070 16 gigs of not the the fastest ram. 1TB 4th gen NVMe drive blah blah blah. So to make a long story long, I unboxed 3 months AFTER purchase. Immediately I notice the power adapter falls with the slightest movement. So annoying right? I figure why do today what I could have 2 months from now. So that's when I call support, well India. The first call last like 10 hours just doing the same thing over and over picture of this picture of the that blah blah blah repeat I took so many pictures of the same thing. I'm like can't you just look at the last 5 pictures of the same. I get So MAD I call them and there very nice things and that 7-11 is a great business. Call  me what ever you want. I'm the bad guy right? Well 2 more days and I clearly see what's going on. They never get a a manager when I ask. Then they have the nerve to say sorry can't help you computer is refurbished. I said please can i have a US # nope. now. I can't use SupportAssist. I went to Best Buy to confirm what I already knew. It's not refurbished. I am so dissapointed in Dell when I call support I should clearly understand the people I'm speaking with. Does anybody know how to get SupportAssist to work? 4 months no matter what i try i get. It's taking too long please restart and try again.
