x17 R1, cooling fan failure

Question

I have an Alienware x17 R1. I believe it is the main cooling fan on the right side is failing it does the dreaded growl of death every few seconds as it tries to spin up. Watched a vid on YouTube and the guy there said it was built in part of the heat sink. Is this self replaceable or does it need to be sent to Dell for service? Or other service center? It is out of warranty. What are the thoughts of the Guru's?

New replacement Alienware x17 R1 fans are available online, example Original for DELL Alienware X17 R1 CPU+GPU COOLING FAN 2021 0X63JW 09DNWT | eBay.

Please remove Base cover to look for Dell Part Number (DP/N) on fan white labels to check what has been installed within your system. Replace original fans or consider installing high performance fans. There should be YouTube videos on how to replace Alienware x17 R1 fans.

@crimsom​ I have this problem two, but I have the fans. I don’t know how to replace the main right fan, so please provide instructions of some sort.
