Atmos offline?

Did Atmos go offline about 8:30 AM EST today?  We are getting errors on every request we issue.

I was told there would be maintenance today between 8am and 2pm.  It is only supposed to affect the portal, but they said it could affect the access point as well.

Mark and Adam,

We are doing a maintenance upgrade that will last until 2pm EST. The data path should not be affected, but you may see increased latencies, which could generate errors. If you are indeed seeing errors, I would, if possible, wait until after the maintenance is completed to continue running your apps. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Latest status is that the window has been extended to 8pm. What type of errors are you seeing and have you reported them?

Is the maintaintce complete?  I am still having connection issues.

I assumed that with the portal down I would be unable to open a new support case.  How do I report this?  Basically atmos was not responding to any requests.  Hey!  I just started my application again and it seems to be worknig now.   Hold on...   Was working.  Now it is unresponsive again.
