Dell poweredge 1855 communication

Hey everyone, I cant seem to communicate between some of the machines. We have internet access on every single one but can´t seem to ping one specific machine in the chassi.

Hopefully some of you understand what i mean and how to fix it. 

( The final goal is to add every machine to a domain which is controlled by the first machine )
