NX4 check spa spb communication - iptables

I found this error in our weekly checkup on our NX4.

Storage System : Check SPA SPB communication

Error HC_BE_14505017473: At least one iptables rule is missing.

Action : Run "spa_spb_comm -setup" to fix the problem.'

If I would run spa_spb_comm -setup, would this be a non disruptive command, or is this something that would disrupt access to storage?  We are using NFS.
