Please provide the type of console that you are referring to...such as navisphere express or navisphere manager. Each console has a different way to recover the password.
I would highly recommend to engage EMC techinical support to assist with the password recovery (this may be billible service if the tech have to come onsite and recover the password pending on your SLA)
The procedure below does NOT apply to navisphere express.
You can reference to emc55746 for more detail for reset password
You must use a serial connection for the above procedure to work
