Not sure if this is what you're looking for but I found two parts:
FCOE with SFPs - using Optical cable
VSPMXGFCOEOPA -- 303-142-100A
FCOE with TwinAx cable use (not sure if the cables are included)
VSPMXGFCOETWA -- 303-142-100A
