There are a couple of things that you might need to check:

1. Is Statistic Logging enabled? It needs to be to generate performance statistics

2. Do you the Unisphere Analyzer license?

I ran the command on a VNX1 running release 32 patch 218. This LUN command is only for Pool LUNs.

The Device wasClariion CX 300 on this was failing. Its working on vnx 5100. Not sure if this supported on for Cx series.

It's not supported on the CX3 - this command is only supported on arrays supporting Pools - Starting with the CX4 series - not on CX3 or CX series.
