Afternoon, 

We have a Compellent SC4020 that will not boot up. Controller Card 1 IP does not even respond and Controller Card 2 IP just takes you to the screen in the attached picture below. We have tried to reboot with no success the drives are fine all green lights. The information on this array is legacy data that is very important to our day to day operations any help getting the array back up would be greatly appreciated. Screen on Second Controller Card
