Another Missing Dell rewards request

Hello, I'm also missing Dell rewards cash after the update last week. I'm requesting a manual review since I plan on making a purchase soon.

I attempted to follow the instructions on the mega thread, but the bot just loops me back and forth after following the instructions exactly.
