Bios Password Lock

Question

Hello I am using a Dell Laptop and when I turned it on last month it came

Please enter system Password

So I write what I knew then it doesn't work and I am also locked from windows it self please help me

@redxps630​ well me when I tried the password wrong 3 times it turns off itself and also I don't have permission to go to F2 OR F12 it just goes to same thing again please help I really need this laptop
