Bit locker key

Question

I am unable to open the system as the bitlocker has blocked,where can I get the bitlocker key as it was purchased from Amazon and the OS was installed

No, there isn't -- you'll need either to return the system for a refund or do a ground up, bare-metal Windows installation.
