Cannot Join Dell Rewards

Question

Hi.  For some reason I am unable to join Dell Rewards.  Every time I select Join for Free I get a message that says 'Sorry, we were unable to add you to the Dell Rewards program. Please try again.'  This has persisted for weeks.  The virtual assistant was not helpful.
