CCC Certificate Request

Hello Everyone,

We have a shipment stuck at the Chinese customs and they are requesting the CCC certificate for the laptop Dell latitude 5420

P137G reg model.

I couldn't find this document published on dell's support.

How can i get, the shipment is pending this document and the delay is very costly
