Comenity, bill pay issues, #2

I have had nothing but problems with Comenity including not receiving my full account number that resulted in an on time payment being returned. Additionally I have had reoccurring problems logging into my account to see my bill. Finally I just paid off the account in full, yet I'm still being billed by Comenity. Can you please intervene? Comenity says I still owe lol and wont issue me a credit. I believe they do this intentionally.
