Complex procedure and unhelpful technician

The complex flow of information and steps required 

1) raised issue to upgrade ssd by 1TB

2) Didnt received update untill chase 

3) Received 2 quotes for a single job. 

4) Required approval for both jobs 

5) Even approved have to chased for Technician to schedule appointment (Should be the other way round whereby Technician to arrange)

6) Apprached by 2 different technician whose non responsive.

The whole process is very fragmented with different people and systems at each stage. Resulting in a  delay and being unable to proceed smoothly.
