Can anyone help?

I am trying to get in touch with Dell and actually speak to a human being, instead of A.I., about an order that hasn't arrived.

Can anyone give me a phone no. please.

@DELL-Cares​ Ordered an item from you (replacement battery for laptop) on the 13/01/26. It was supposedly dispatched on the 20/01/26 to be delivered on the 21-22/01/26. As yet I have not received it and when I look on the courier site with the tracking no. they say they are still awaiting for the parcel.
