Customer no support!

Bought a new Alienware monitor and it arrived damaged. Started the swap out process online and received a return  shipping label thru FEDEX. When I went to drop it off at my local Walgreen's, they refused to take it and said it was too heavy. It's a monitor that weighs like 21 pounds. I looked at the details of the label and it says the package weighs 86.4 pounds. I called FEDEX to see if I could arrange a pick up and they too said they can't pick it up if it says it weighs 86.4 pounds. The weight limit for pick up and drop off is 55 pounds. So I'm out my money, have a busted brand new monitor, and no way to send it back to get a replacement. I contacted support and no one has gotten back to me. So I sit here holding and waiting to see if I will ever get this issue resolved. I should have went elsewhere to get a monitor. This is my first time buying directly from Dell and I assure you it's more than likely gonna be my last. All this trouble because they listed the weight on the return label as 86.4 pounds instead of the correct weight. I don't even know why I'm writing this right now because I probably won't get any resolution this way either.
