DRP still missing.

15 days ago, this is what I was told by a support agent named Pamyaphi:

"due to migration, your 'My account' may display incorrect info. Please give it a week or two until fixed."

Well, it's been more than "a week or two" and it's still not fixed.

Pamyaphi also said this:

"I would suggest to wait and if you still see the account with the same details in a week or so, you may drop a message here. We will be happy to re-raise the issue again with the team."

But then the DM conversation was closed less than a week after that. I can't "drop a message here" anymore, so I have to post yet another thread. I'm patient but this is ridiculous.
