There is not an escalation email or phone number to provide, any such inquiries would need to be routed to our support teams via official channels such phone, chat support, or WhatsApp/Facebook chat support. I do see your system has been out of warranty since 2022, so the scope of support is limited for you. 

With the brightness adjustment there can be a number of root causes that are likely software or settings based, including bad OS updates or driver issues. I would recommend checking the forum post below for a few things to try that folks have confirmed as resolving their issue.
