Final Escalation: Failed Service & Improper RAM Replacement

Dear Dell Support / Grievance Officer,

This is a formal escalation regarding the unsatisfactory and incomplete service provided for my system.
<To protect you, your private information was removed from public view. All private data was saved to your private Case. DELL-Admin>


An onsite service was carried out to resolve Error Code: 2000-0122 (Validation Code: 124425). However, the technician failed to perform an actual RAM replacement. Instead, the existing RAM was merely cleaned and reinstalled, which does not resolve the reported hardware issue.

The problem persists even after the service visit, clearly indicating failure to provide proper resolution. This reflects poor service quality and lack of accountability.

Service Personnel Involved:
- Chandra Teja – Regional Champion 
- Babu – Service Technician

I strongly request:
- Immediate arrangement for genuine RAM replacement
- A thorough diagnosis to ensure complete resolution
- Clear accountability for the improper service already delivered

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate further through consumer grievance channels.

Kindly treat this matter as urgent and provide a permanent fix without further delay.
