Fraudulent Billing

I received a fraudulent charge from "Dell 29-Consumer Online" on my AMEX card for $140.71, which I am disputing with AMEX as an unauthorized fraudulent charge.  I have tried to call Dell, but cannot get thru to a live representative.  I wish this charge cancelled.
