Garbage Customer Care

G'day,

Do anyone know how to escalate a complain with Dell? Their virtual agent (Beta) is absolutely useless and provides zero correct answers. When i finally got thru to a live person (that itself deserves a medal) I was given the run around and zero answers.

@DELL-Cares auto response​ soooo contact customer service but "Unfortunately, our customer service is currently unavailable."

Really starting to question my purchase....

@Boroxxar​ Same here, they are also deleting other legitimate complaints. If we are not contacted by a human relatively soon it might be best to initiate a charge back. At this point they are taking peoples money and providing no services for it.
