How to contact Dell through multiple channels

* Technical Support agents only handle Hardware or in scope Operating System issues

* For Service Tag issues, Order Status, refunds, billing, warranty clarifications, etc., send a private Direct Message directly to the DELL-Cares chat team by doing the following steps =
- Click the blue hyperlinked DELL-Cares username
- On the right, click, "Send this user a direct message"
- Provide to the DELL-Cares agent your private Dell information (Service Tag, Order number, Customer number, etc.)
