Laptop packaging, wrong charging cable

I ordered a laptop for work and it arrived in a thin box with only a small bit of pre-popped bubble wrap and the wrong charging cable.

I ordered a laptop for work and it arrived in a thin box with only a very small amount of already popped bubble wrap, it was basically just a plastic bag. Not only that, but the wrong power cable adaptor was included.

Call or chat with support to arrange a replacement adapter (if that's what you want) or a replacement system or refund, if that's what you're looking for.
