Migration problem

I just bought a new pc with the migration option. But i can't do it, when I try, it just says : "your order is processing". It's been three days now.

Other problem : I can't login in Dell support assist , Iv' got this message : 

status Code: 400

Description: Configuration Issue: Requested domain not found in domains configured

How can all ot this bi fixed ?
