MISSING DELL REWARD POINTS
I have already $230 in reward points that are apparently expiring on May 15th, 2027 according to my emailed monthly statement.
They should not be expiring until next year, as I have continued to earn points, and have never gone an entire year without any activity. I have never purchased any products since I've just started receiving my reward points.
Seeing the other forums and discussion about this problem, I have attached some screenshot from the emails that i received from my monthly rewards.
Please help me correct this. Thank you.
