Missing Dell Rewards Balance

My Dell Rewards Balance disappeared in late May even though it was not close to its 2027 expiry date.

I previously made a thread (see: https://www.dell.com/community/en/conversations/customer-care/missing-dell-rewards-balance/6a205ac7d4d2c22ab0453543 ) and was in contact with a Dell representative in Community DMs (Shaik), but after being asked to submit screenshots last week and told that I would receive a reply in 2 business days, my DM conversation was closed instead without any further update.

I would be grateful if someone can follow up on my issue, re-open my DM conversation, or escalate my case further.  Thanks.
