Missing Dell Rewards Points

Question

Since the few weeks my DRP Balance got basically wiped out of over 130$ I had been saving in there to buy a Monitor, the points were not redeemed, and My last email that i received on April 27 had a balance of 125$ which expiry was only in 2027 ?

Could someone look into this please?
