Missing Dell Rewards points

Hello Dell,

I'm experiencing an issue with missing Dell Rewards points that disappeared around the beginning of June. I initially lost 1605 points, but I believe at least 500 additional points have disappeared since then. Please help me restore all my missing points. Thank you.
