Missing Dell Rewards Points

Hello. I am missing 5500 DRP from Alienware Arena. On Alienware Arena, it shows that I acquired 3000 DRP on July 16, 500 DRP on July 17 and 2000 DRP on July 20. However, it has not been reflected on my Dell account. On my Dell account, it shows that last time I received DRP was July 15.
