Missing Dell Rewards

Hello,

I'm inquiring about missing Dell Rewards that I had on my account, but they are no longer there. This is after the mid-month expiration, so the rewards I'm inquiring about did not expire. The most recent amount was set to expire on June 15, 2026, but now that date is gone, and the newest date is July 01, 2026. It seems that there was a recent change made to this system, and the reward history is completely messed up. Please advise.
