Missing DellRewards Points

Hi Dell Team,

My Dell Rewards accounts should be linked to Alienware Arena account.  I have had a number of issues over the last few weeks:

1.  A number of Dell Rewards point gifts provided from Alienware Arena were not reflected to my balance.
2.  I noticed now that the balance is now completely blank.

I understand that there has been an issue with missing Dell Rewards points balances for many people.  I am unfortunately unable to contact anyone to get this sorted out.  Please let me know who to contact/if someone from the team is able to reach out.
