Missing Rewards Points

Question

I attempted to claim my weekly Dell Rewards points last week, but the Alienware Arena website glitched out and ended up on an error page. Now those reward points do not show up.

I sent an email, and a response email sent me to a forum post here. I do not have an order. So, I’m posting. Please add the missing rewards points to my account. Thank you!

@DELL-Cares auto response​ Today is a Tuesday. I have followed all instructions given from the email and forum post to resolve this. Now this automatic response is telling me contact customer service Monday through Friday, which I have already done.  Please give clearer instructions on what needs to be done. Based on the forum post from the email, all I needed to do was post here.
