Missing Rewards Points

I attempted to claim my weekly Dell Rewards points last week, but the Alienware Arena website glitched out and ended up on an error page. Now those reward points do not show up.

I sent an email, and a response email sent me to a forum post here. I do not have an order. So, I’m posting. Please add the missing rewards points to my account. Thank you!
