Multiple hardware failures

My Dell Inspiron 15 3530 has had the motherboard replaced twice in the last 90 days. It has now died AGAIN today. I can't seem to find a way to contact someone LIVE - I don't want to return it again for a THIRD time. I have a basic support contract since the warranty ran out. How can I talk to someone about this issue? I can't keep returning my laptop every 30 days. This is a real issue for me, can someone please help?

Today is October 9th, it's 6:15 PM - It is a Thursday - why is nobody available to assist me?
