Multiple Service Requests Ignored.
Good morning. I work for a school corporation, and I've got 8 Service Requests with over 40 days on them, unaddressed.
Calling later today, but as we're preparing for the school year, couldn't do the phone call yet.
We'd like to get some help on this.

Without looking at the specific requests, the best recommendation we can make is make contact with live support if you find something is amiss, either calling or by chatting with support. They will be able to check into the tickets more thoroughly to determine next actions.
