New defective PC

Just bought a new desktop from Dell, unboxed and powered up and get error. You can continue, but get error at every power-up. Was on with tech support for an hour, they remoted in to check it out, said they were not sure, I'd need to send back. After a month of emails still not resolved. Dell said they may or may not send the same model, may have different software, then wanted pics of hand written info with my name and address...its like all these crazy demands over 15 emails sent. Last response was someone else was suppose to contact me from another dept. Its the worst customer service ever, seems to be no desire to get me a new working PC.

Just got a new email, now they want a credit card to replace the defective PC they sent....
