Order confirmation email not received
I have placed an order on July 9 10.50am IST,got the acknowledgement email immediately after the purchase since it is automated .But after that i didnt heard anything from Dell ,its been 48hours .May i know when i will receive the order confirmation or is anything wrong in purchase of order

As per the guidance from one of the dell community folk ,i tried to reach order support there was no response have also provided the contact details.
Still the order number not assigned.So,I want to cancel the order.I dont find any services /link to cancel also

As per the update received the payment was declined for the order placed so the sales teams will reach out to you to check if you want to continue or cancel the order.

I am also facing the same problem. I order the product on 22 sep at 11:27pm. And the email contains that the order is confirmed with order number starting with "ORDS" and will update the shipping details with in 24hr. But now more than 72hrs have passed and I still didn't any response from dell. I request you to please see the matter carefully and reply me the best answer

Hi,
I'm having the exact same problem. I purchased a DELL XPS 13, 16 GB, 512 GB laptop the night of August 26th and still have not received any confirmation email or order confirmation on my account. Currently, there is no order status on my account. However, MY CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED. Expected delivery date is September 9th.
Please figure this out ASAP.
