Order Confirmation Email
Hello I ordered an email on Aug 14. I received the page with the Dell purchase ID, delivery and billing address. It said I would get a confirmation email but an hour later I still have not gotten it. I double checked the email and the spam folder. No emails. I checked my bank account and it shows Dell withdrew the amount for the laptop I purchased. Why have I still not gotten an email to confirm my order by this point? Additionally the order does not show up on my account.

Dell does not charge until the system ships. Your bank likely placed the funds on hold when the order was placed; contact them for details.
It can take 2-3 business days (and note that your post was made on a Saturday, so start that count on Monday) for an order to be confirmed.
