Order Never Recieved

I purchased a montior on 12/30 and still have not received it. Dell email said it was delivered, it was not I was home the entire day.

I have reached out to support on the 7th they told me to wait up to 48 hours, heard nothing after 48 hours asked for an update was then told its being worked on. It has now been over a week with nothing. I called and was told to email another email and would get a call from the support person I was speaking to have not been contacted and still have not receieved the product I purchased. I think next steps for me is to go to social media and show the emails and recordings of how terrible this has been and how bad the support is.
