Problems with DHL
I ordered a laptop on the 25th of March due to be delivered on the 26th. On the day of delivery I received a message saying that my parcel will be delayed and to contact the sender. I contacted DHL to see what happened and they said my parcel had been damaged. I've made a service request with Dell to try and sort this problem out but it's all very slow. I've paid a lot of money for an item which now appears to be broken and lost within the DHL depot somewhere. Can somebody please help me?
