Refund overdue after return received

Dell received my return for Order <To protect you, your private information was removed from public view. All private data was saved to your private Case. DELL-Admin> on November 19, 2025. Dell’s policy states refunds are processed within 5–15 business days, but my refund was still not issued after several weeks. I contacted support multiple times and was escalated to Executive Escalations, but I did not receive a firm resolution date. I ultimately had to file a credit card dispute due to the delay and lack of follow-through
