System crushed; need valuation on system replacement

I need a value quote on a single Dell 5860 system we purchased that was crushed by Federal Express.   The order details are below:

Product: Dell Precision 5860 Tower

Note that the replacement quote needs to be on Dell letterhead so that FedEx realizes it is an authentic replacement cost estimate.

Please process asap as we are up against a 90 day recovery limit.   Thank you.
