Useless tracking
Is there a way to see where my package is? The tracking is not saying anything AT ALL. This is ridiculous, I'm just here waiting blindly without knowing if my laptop is even on the way or if it was lost or anything.
Can't talk to one human, there's a robot on the chat, a robot on the phone, it's ridiculous.
So much money spent and such bad customer service 🙄
