XPS13 screen not displaying
I have a complaint regarding my Dell XPS 13 9340, which is only 18 months old and has unexpectedly developed a critical display issue.
The device screen has completely stopped displaying. On restart, the system freezes at the login page. However, when connected to an external monitor, the system functions normally, which suggests a hardware-related fault with the internal display. Once the external monitor is disconnected, the system becomes unresponsive again.
Having reviewed similar cases online, I am concerned to find that this may be a recurring issue Dell model.
While I note that my service tag expired in October, I believe this situation warrants Dell’s intervention, given the nature of the fault and the investment made in this device. I need repair support or any applicable remediation.
